Chicken Tenderloins 4oz
1 Poblano Pepper (size varies this was 124g)
Romaine Lettuce mix 2oz
2 Banana Peppers
Diced onions .5 oz
Go Veggie Mozzarella cheese 28grams
White Mushrooms 2oz
French’s Honey mustard
Beanos Sriracha Sandwich
Preheat broiler to 500 degrees.
Cook the chicken to your liking (chicken in the picture was cooked on stove top).
Prep the Poblano Pepper by slightly opening it in the middle & clean out the seeds.
Lightly glaze the Pepper with buffalo sauce of choice (Used Texas Pete Hot sauce).
Once chicken is done stuff the Pepper with chicken, Mozzarella Cheese, & white mushrooms.
Place the stuffed Pepper in the broiler for 10-15 minutes.
Prep your salad while waiting (romaine lettuce/onions/tomatoes/banana peppers).
Place stuffed Pepper on top and use favorite sauces to top it off. (Slightly drizzled French’s honey mustard + Beanos Sriracha Sandwich Sauce).
