Add 1-2 tsp of stevia (optional)
2 tsp of @lakantosweetener matcha green tea latte powder
1/3 serving of regular buttermilk pancake mix
2/3 serving of @flapjacked buttermilk protein pancake mix
80g of unsweetened almond/cashew milk
Top it off with some fat free cool whip and some more matcha powder
Cook on medium heat both sides.
Use a big spatula to make sure they flip all nice!
