You will need a blender. I prefer the nutri bullet, I believe it blends the smoothest.
1 Large Bowl
2 oz. Young Coconut
2 Sambozen Frozen Acai Performance Protein Pack (From Whole Foods)
75 g of Banana (Adjust to your macros)
65 g of Strawberries
1/2 Serving of All Natural Nature’s Fine Health Nut Mix (Whole Foods)
Blend 1 Cup of Ice with Frozen Acai Pack in nutri bullet or blender. If you would like to add volume, increase ice ratio. You can also add almond/cashew milk for added creaminess depending on how you like the texture.
Add stevia for added sweetness.
Once blended, pour in bowl and add toppings of choice depending on macros. 🙂
Cinnamon, salt, and PB2 also make good macro friendly topping choices.
