2 oz Yakisoba spicy stir fry noodles
1 sunny side up egg
7.5 oz Extra Firm Tofu
2 oz Veggies (tomatoes, green onions, cabbage)
1 cup Swanson Organic Vegetable Broth
1 cup water
Boil broth & water with noodles until ready.
Add veggies and spices, leave simmering as you cook tofu.
Cook tofu separately on lightly oiled skillet for 5-7 minutes till crispy.
Then add to broth.
