30g of rolled oats
1/2 scoop of @teamallmax protein powder
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond/cashew milk (Carbmaster chocolate milk is an option as well!)
1 tbsp of powdered Peanut Butter
Mix and refrigerate for a couple hours (best overnight). Top it with choice of yogurt (I use Carbmaster blueberry muffin), frozen berries, @oh_my_spice snickerdoodle seasoning and ground cinnamon!
