4 oz raw chicken
15g whole wheat breadcrumbs
10g egg whites
1g 0 calorie spray butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place foil over a baking sheet and spray with nonstick oil.
Cut chicken into nugget shapes and trim off the fat.
In two separate bowls, have egg whites and butter in one and breadcrumbs in the other.
Dunk the chicken nuggets into the egg white and butter mixture and then into the breadcrumbs. Be sure to coat it evenly.
Place the nugget on the foiled baking sheet.
Repeat with all the nuggets. Spray them all with a light coating of nonstick spray.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Flip them over. Put the oven on broil, spray them with a glaze of nonstick oil, and put the nuggets back in for a minute or until the top becomes crispy.
Take them out and enjoy!
