Best with whey casein blend proteins such as jym or PEScience.
60g all purpose flour
36g (1scoop) jym Tahitian vanilla bean protein or protein of choice
3g stevia or low calorie sweetener of choice
2g vanilla extract
3g baking powder
122g unsweetened apple sauce
15g jym vanilla protien
5g sugar free fat free pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Lightly spray 6 mold doughnut pan with non stick cooking spray.
Mix all doughnut ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
Add 1-2 tbsp of water to reach desired consistancy of a relatively thick batter. (A little thicker than fluffy pancake batter)
Distribute batter evenly through out the 6 molds.
Bake at 350F for Aprox 6-8min or until doughnuts are set.
Let cool before frosting.
Add protein and pudding mix in a small bowl and add water a little at a time to frosting consistency.
Then frost your doughnuts and top with a light coating of sprinkles.
9P/12C/1F per doughnut with frosting. Macros will differ slightly depending on type of protein, sweetener, and applesauce used.
