1 scoop vanilla protein powder
80g unsweetened applesauce
46g egg whites
40g oat flour (old-fashioned oats blended in a blender)
4g baking powder
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
Add wet ingredients and mix.
You may need to add water slowly throughout the process to achieve a waffle consistency.
Heat up a non-stick waffle iron and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook in waffle iron until golden brown or cooked all the way through.
Plate them and drown them in syrup – enjoy!
